I had a very bad experience with this garage. In April 2026 they worked on my 2018 Mini Countryman JCW (ECU unlock and brake fluid change) and till today problem is not resolved. First, after the work my car's complete service history was deleted and no longer appears in the vehicle. I reported it the same evening. 3 months later, it is still not fixed. I went there but they couldn’t fix it. I keep asking for an appointment to fix it and my messages are ignored for days and sometimes I receive the answer that "we are busy this week" and that it is, no follow up, no proposed dates. Secondly, I agreed to the brake fluid change (it was time to do it) only with original BMW fluid and requested photos of the product and the replacement process as proof. This was confirmed over WhatsApp, but no photos were ever provided. There is absolutely no customer service, no replies, no updates, they simply do not answer the phone. I do NOT recommend it.
