1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Car Garage Finder UAE. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Car Garage Finder UAE ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Services

Car Garage Finder UAE operates an online directory platform connecting vehicle owners with automotive service providers across the United Arab Emirates. Our services include:

Free public directory browsing for visitors
Business listing services for automotive service providers
Subscription plans (Essential, Pro, and Ultimate) with varying features and visibility
Review and rating systems
Search and discovery tools

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Types

Visitors: Can browse the directory and read reviews
Business Owners: Can create and manage business listings
Administrators: Platform management accounts (by invitation only)

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer three subscription tiers for business owners:

Essential: Free tier with basic listing features
Pro: Paid tier with enhanced visibility and features
Ultimate: Premium tier with maximum visibility and all features

5.2 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees owed. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend or downgrade your subscription after a grace period.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription tier.

5.4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel:

You will not be charged on your next renewal date
You will continue to receive all benefits of your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
After your current billing period expires, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier
Your business listing will remain active but with free tier features only

To cancel your subscription, visit your account dashboard and access the billing management portal, or contact us at support@cargaragefinder.ae.

5.5 No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or years of service, for downgrading your subscription tier, or for months or years you do not use your subscription. No exceptions will be made.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the service after the price change goes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.

5.7 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you via email. For initial subscriptions, your account may be immediately suspended. For renewal payments, you will receive a grace period of up to 7 days to update your payment method. If payment is not received within the grace period, your subscription will be automatically downgraded to the free Essential tier.

6. Business Listings

6.1 Listing Content

Business owners are responsible for all content in their listings, including but not limited to business information, descriptions, images, contact details, and social media links. You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to create and manage the business listing
All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
Your listing does not infringe on any third-party rights
Your listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations

6.2 Business Claims

If you claim an existing business listing, you represent that you are an authorized representative of that business with the right to manage its online presence.

6.3 Listing Accuracy

You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your business listing. We reserve the right to verify listing information and to remove or modify listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or prohibited content.

7. Reviews and Ratings

7.1 Submitting Reviews

Users may submit reviews and ratings for businesses listed on our platform. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your review content.

7.2 Review Guidelines

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must not contain:

False, misleading, or defamatory statements
Profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory content
Personal information about individuals
Spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Content that violates any applicable laws

7.3 Review Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, approve, reject, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Reviews from authenticated users with higher ratings may be published immediately, while others may require approval.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Manipulate reviews or ratings
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Use the service for any illegal purpose

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

The Car Garage Finder UAE website, including its design, graphics, logos, text, software, and all other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting our services.

9.3 Trademarks

"Car Garage Finder UAE" and related logos are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication), AWS S3 (file storage), and Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 Service "As Is"

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 No Endorsement

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any businesses listed on our platform. Listings are provided for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any business.

11.3 User Content

We do not verify the accuracy of user-generated content, including reviews and business listings. Reviews represent the opinions of individual users and do not reflect our views.

11.4 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAR GARAGE FINDER UAE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use our services
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
Any interruption or cessation of our services
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage incurred from using content
Any conduct or content of third parties on our platform

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Car Garage Finder UAE and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
At our sole discretion

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact us at support@cargaragefinder.ae and provide a detailed description of the dispute to allow us an opportunity to resolve it informally.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Car Garage Finder UAE regarding the use of our services.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment
