Poor customer service. I brought my Geely in for General service for a pre-booked appointment at 10:45am. And they sent me a text message saying that it tentatively will be ready the next day at 11am. For a general service of a car with 10.000 km? This should take them 1.5 to 3 hours, not 24 hours. When I called Geely they tried to contact the responsible mechanic Yassir Badr and he called me back late in the afternoon saying that his team has to test brakes and it won't be ready until the next day. The brakes test is part of general service and should not take extra time. He said that they'll finish it by 7pm without car wash and I accepted that. But I never got that promised message of my car being ready for pick up. I booked this for the weekend so I can drive to work on Monday. Now I have to take a taxi and they won't cover the taxi costs. Really cannot recommend this garage, if they cannot accommodate this service on the weekend then they shouldn't offer it in their schedule.
