Very disappointing experience at Petromin’s Al Quoz branch. I purchased new tyres last week, but one turned out to be faulty, and a tyre sensor was broken during fitting. I returned on Sunday to report the problems and was told the replacement would be ready on Monday. Nobody contacted me. When I called to follow up, I was told to go to a different location. To make matters worse, the customer representative, Zaid, shouted and raised his voice at me while I was trying to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable customer service. I paid for new tyres and professional fitting, yet I have been left chasing a replacement and repairs to damage caused during the work. As of this review, the matter remains unresolved. I expect management to arrange replacement of the faulty tyre and damaged sensor at no cost to me and address the way my complaint was handled. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this branch.
